An Open Lecture on Strategic Thinking and Enterpreneurship Teaching Methods on July 18, 2016

Students, academic and administrative staff members are welcome to join an open lecture on strategic thinking and entrepreneurship teaching methods as well brief discussions about the importance of closer university cooperation with business representatives. The open lectures will take place on July, 18th at 14.30 (Raina Boulevard 19, Room 101) as an opening part of the intensive programme hosted by the University of Latvia. Associated professor Gundars Bērziņš (University of Latvia) will present strategic thinking and teaching methods, representatives from the University of Aveiro (Portugal) and University of Alcala (Spain) will analyse the importance of entrepreneurial education at the Higher Education level and present an innovative cooperation scheme to foster university-business cooperation. The event is organized as part of the project #europehome (www.europehome-project.eu) activities - a strategic partnership project (KA2, Erasmus+) aimed at creating favourable circumstances for students to earn highly valued competences in the labour market.
