This week technology company of Business Incubator of Faculty of Economics and Management of University of Latvia (UL) „Greynut” Ltd. started manufacturing of self developed big LED balloons and balloon lamps. Manufacturers explain that these will be new light elements suitable for private, state and global events.
After several months long testing period, development and successful pilot project implementation, mass production of innovative air balloons in production unit located in Business Incubator of University of Latvia FEM has been started.
Kristināns Līcis - head of company „Greynut” explains „We have polished the production process and at the moment are able to produce and deliver up till 3000 big LED balloons a month. This is innovative product that allows providing impressive light show without causing any harm to ones enjoying it. It is safe and original way to surprise guests of the event.”
Although China offers LED balloons for some time now, Latvians have found free niche in balloon business – no one is offering big and average size balloons, as well as balloons with light that can be adjusted with special remote. These balloons can be used repeatedly and are suitable mostly for event organizers. Special brand „99ledBalloons” is created for Latvian and international market. Under this brand will be sold self produced balloons, as well as distributed small LED balloons that are tested in Latvia. Consequently brand will serve as mark of quality. More detailed information about LED balloons can be found on the website www.99ledballoons.comor www.greynut.com/baloni.html, as well as writing to email info@greynut.com
