Renee, we have just finished reading your new released book "You are the influencer". You propose a structure of influence that you used as a revolutionary producing technology. For the first time in Latvia, an American producer will perform as a lively, smart and practical book!

Please let me introduce myself briefly. Born and raised in Estonia (first 16 years from my life under the Soviet Union), studied in Estonia, Denmark, Latvia, U.S.A. I moved to Germany in 2003, and in 2007 moved to Los Angeles. I have been in music business all my life.
How did you start your career?
I started renting schools and producing parties and shows when I was 15 and by the age of 19 I was an accountant at one very successful Estonian band and one year later I became their manager. I had my own label, publishing, wholesale, retail (22 stores) and made so far, the only successful top charted Estonian act outside of Estonia.
What have you achieved in your professional career so far?
Vanilla Ninja - we sold over million singles and around 500,000 albums, mainly in Germany, Austria Switzerland.I had more charted Estonian artist in Europe (Germany, Austria,Switzerland, Finland) Maarja, N-euro, Marya Roxx. N-euro was also nominated as the top 5 Euro track in Miami Winter Conference. The acts I have been working have sold over 5 million singles and albums.
What steps have determined your life?
After moving to Los Angeles, I have been working in international entertainment business even more globally. I also came up with the Radio Conference idea and my good friend Sat Bisla created Worldwide Radio Summit. I also was in charge of North American Touring payroll at the Team Companies for over $ 1 billion and any artist you could name I have done their payroll and worked with their business managers.
We are very glad that you bring your book to us! Does it tell about your incredible twists of fate and unique knowledge?
I always wrote down what I have learned, experience and my thoughts about it. My dream was to pass my knowledge to the next generation via book and teaching. My book " You Are the Influencer” is released now in Estonian and also available in English.
I am a guest lecturer at the CSUN , Northridge, Los Angeles California and Georg Ots Music College in Tallinn.
The feedback of the book has been great: students, parents, teachers, industry people, business people, government people – they all love it and are emailing me daily. "The easiest book to read and explains all about the global music business."
