Project aim: Providing an in-depth insight into the volume and characteristics of diaspora investments, the study analyses the potential of the Latvian diaspora’s contributions to the country’s economic growth and sustainable development. It identifies the main motivating and inhibiting factors for diaspora investments and provides recommendations on how to leverage this potential. The study employs expert interviews, a quantitative diaspora survey, and focus group discussions.
