Project aim: To conceptualise the Financial Transmission Channels of the Polycrisis (FTCP) in the EU, focusing on the case of Latvia. In doing so, the project aims to achieve two sets of specific objectives. On the one hand, it will produce high-impact, policy-relevant academic publications in the fields of international political economy and human geography. On the other hand, the project also aims to produce background research and preliminary data, which will be used to submit an ERC Consolidator Grant application in the 2026 call.

The project is one of the activities supported under the Recovery and Resilience Facility project ‘Internal and External Consolidation of the University of Latvia’ (No. 5.2.1.1.i.0/2/24/I/CFLA/007).
