Project aim: This interdisciplinary research project contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by integrating the socio-economic aspects of the European Green Deal into research and academic content, thereby fostering innovation and collaboration towards the creation of a circular economy system. The main objective of the project is to address key challenges in higher education programmes and scientific research related to sustainable development within the framework of the Green Deal, as well as to develop practical tools for students and the business environment that support sustainability, the circular economy, and resource efficiency.

The project is one of the activities supported under the Recovery and Resilience Facility project ‘Internal and External Consolidation of the University of Latvia’ (No. 5.2.1.1.i.0/2/24/I/CFLA/007).
