Project aim: is to generate new knowledge and develop innovative solutions for the exploration of demographic and migration processes that would foster the sustainable, competitive, and inclusive long-term development of Latvian society. The project foresees the use of an interdisciplinary and co-creation approach, combining quantitative and qualitative methods to comprehensively analyze demographic trends and migration flows, their legal aspects, and effective governance models. Particular attention will be paid to remigration and the strengthening of diaspora cooperation networks, as well as the migration of highly qualified specialists and its impact on human capital development.
