Project leader (researcher (professor): Prof. Iveta Reinholde

Project aim: Policy coordination is a critical issue in the ongoing debate on managing multiple crises. Thie project aims to explore the internal and external factors that shape the decisions of those responsible for coordinating policy responses. Thus, the proposal seeks to open new analytical pathways to study policy coordination in crises, which might be a reasonable contribution to reconceptualising policy coordination and crisis management along with digital transformation, especially in the small states.

In this research, the professor wants to bring policy coordination to a new domain by asking the main research question: how does developing models of inclusive policymaking shape policy coordination in the crises and in the context of digital transformation?

The project is one of the activities supported under the Recovery and Resilience Facility project ‘Internal and External Consolidation of the University of Latvia’ (No. 5.2.1.1.i.0/2/24/I/CFLA/007).
