Project aim: The aim of this study is to examine the impact of ergonomics and psychosocial risks on the work performance of office employees in the banking sector and to develop a scientifically grounded causal model for improving performance, accompanied by practical implementation guidelines.

The project is one of the activities supported under the Recovery and Resilience Facility project ‘Internal and External Consolidation of the University of Latvia’ (No. 5.2.1.1.i.0/2/24/I/CFLA/007).
